What is baptism?
Baptism is a symbol proclaiming to the world that you are a follower of Jesus Christ.
Why do you baptize by immersion?
The Greek word for baptism, baptizo, literally means “to dip” or “to immerse.” Therefore, we believe immersion is the most biblically faithful method for baptism.
What do I wear?
On the day of your baptism, we provide a T shirt for you to wear that celebrates your public decision that you get baptized in and then keep.
When is the right time to be baptized?
The only requirement for being baptized is someone to already be a Christian. In other words, someone who has made Jesus their Lord and Savior. If the Lord is working on your heart, a member of the staff will meet with you before you are presented before the church as a candidate for baptism.
